These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the funjili platform, including all games, account services, promotions, and payment transactions. All transactions on funjili are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the funjili platform at the time of the transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon account closure.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting funjili support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
All content on the funjili platform, including but not limited to the funjili name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of funjili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the funjili platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, funjili, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
funjili's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
funjili does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific games.
funjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on funjili, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
funjili may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR, other regulatory bodies, or law enforcement agencies in compliance with applicable Philippine law. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with funjili's legal obligations and do not constitute a breach of the Privacy Policy.

In the event of any dispute between you and funjili arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines.
For account-level disputes, including disputes regarding game outcomes, bonus calculations, or payment processing, you must first contact funjili's customer support team. funjili will endeavor to resolve all support disputes within five (5) business days of receipt.
funjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, funjili will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.
Amended terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than seven (7) days after the notice is published, except where changes are required by law or regulatory direction, in which case they may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the funjili platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.
